At the recommended rate, BIODEX targets and kills coliform bacteria such as Escherichia coli (E. coli), Enterobacter aerogenes, and Salmonella and Listeria. The addition of BIODEX in any wastewater holding tank either temporarily or permanently allow for an immediate reduction in bacteria and odor, by peculiarly controlling the Anaerobic bacteria. Because of this species targeted treatment of BIODEX, a balance between aerobic and anaerobic biomass degradation process is accelerated during wastewater treatment, leaving the tanks cleaner. BIODEX treatment also breaks down biomass and making the solid waste a better flowing liquid that results in more natural tank draining and/or pumping.
