Sales Manager


     We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent;

  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

  • Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales – Corporate or equivalent;

  • Preferably with relevant experience in dealing Pesticides and Fertilizer products for Banana, Pineapple, Rice and other high value crops

  • With analytical mind and planning skills;

  • Preferably knowledgeable in quantitative facts and statistics;

  • With advance knowledge and skills in sales and negotiation;

  • Area Sales Manager


    Department: Sales

         Monitoring the activities of the distributors and seeing to it that the distributors comply with the requirements set by the company. Developing strategic and tactical plans to augment distributor’s sales and direct hire sales personnel.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Required Skill(s): Driving, Negotiation, Communication, Interpersonal

  • Preferably with knowledge and relevant experience in dealing Pesticides and Fertilizer products for Banana, Pineapple, Rice and other high value crops.

    Department: Industrial

         We are looking for enthusiastic professional who will be the key point of contact for clients, answering quiries, providing technical advice and introducing our filter and lubricant products to our existing and potential customers. The role entails both commercial and technical aspects of the sales process. This person must have a passion for selling, but must also be able to organize and plan the team sales activity.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering; Automotive Engineering/Technology or equivalent;

  • At least 1 Year(s) of relevant working experience in Sales dealing Industrial products (Oil, Air, and Fuel Filters, Lubricants and Engines);

  • Required Skill(s): Communication, Negotiation, Driving;

  • Can demonstrate good negotiation and problem-solving skills;

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications;

  • Has experience in driving and has a license (Restriction Code 1,2);

  • Technical Engineer for Lubricants


    Department: Industrial

         Provide frontline technical support to customers and sales staff including problem solving, troubleshooting and application advice. Provide basic failure diagnosis for lubrication related failure (e.g. bearing or gear) where lubricants quality or practices are in question. Specify appropriate products and specifications to be used for specific applications such as vehicles, machinery and equipment. Carry out joint and solo visits (with knowledge of sales force) to new and existing customers providing technical proposals/assistance to generate sales opportunities, with both existing and new products. Develop and deliver appropriate lubricants training to direct Sales/Marketing staffs to develop their expertise.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent;

  • Knowledgeable on the technical processes and role of lubricants on different engines and equipment;

  • Has above average skill level as to product presentation, communication and negotiation;

  • Can write technical related reports;

  • Can sustain long travel (within and outside Mindanao);

  • Flexible and output-driven;

  • Must be proficient in MS office and computer applications;
  • Sales and Technical Executive (Plantation)

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Agriculture with Major in Plant Pathology/Entomology

  • At least 2 Year(s) of Supervisory experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Required Skill(s): Supervisory Experience, Research Trials for Banana/Pineapple/Rice and Other High-Value Crops, Report Writing and Oral Presentation.

  • Preferably Supervisor/5 years & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Crop Protection.
